Meh, I didn't browse the news. Considering what it is, not really that news worthy. Although, I will get it tomorrow, because I've been aching to try out my PSMove Sharpshooter for something haha.

I'll probably pick it up eventually considering I never actually beat DSC and would like to see the RE2 and CV retellings for the fun of it. And my Wii's back in NJ so no chance I'll really be playing the wii version anytime soon. Plus HD is just sexier anyway so why not.

Though I lack a PS Move so hopefully it's tolerable with just a controller.

Good to know. I contemplated getting the Asian disc release, but at half the price, the digital release at $26.99 was a no brainer.

Both games take up a little over 12GB so I left it to be downloaded overnight and will play them today. I'll see if I can find a Move for cheap, if not, dual shock it is.

EDIT: 720p, no AA. Only got through the train in UC. Cutscenes don't look so bad like the compression used in LiN towards the end. Once again, no surround sound applied.

I'm downloading this massive file as we speak. Even with my connection I wouldn't expect to get them done until tomorrow. And being that the temps around here are between hell and surface of the sun, I don't think I'm going to be working tomorrow.

Edit: Apparently, 12 gb goes pretty fast. Installing now and I shall give these a thorough thrashing tonight.
