According to the REWiki website or whatever it is said Wesker is confirmed to appear in some sort of flashback. Dunno where they got their info from or anything but its worth mentioning I suppose.

I think you are 100% correct Rod. That definitely sounds like Alexia talking to the fruitcake. I don't know anyone else in the series with a sibling other than Claire and that sure didn't sound like Claire.

I'm really anxious to see what they reveal as long as it isn't too much. I mean we all know the stories contained within the game, except for Leon's mission but i don't want to see all the improvements they've made, and I really don't want them to over do it like they did re5.

Of course it's Alexia, there's absolutely no question about it.
