This RARE PS1 version of the U.S. Resident Evil 3 (that was uploaded by Hcloud13 before taken out) has uncensored content which includes flying zombie heads after being kicked by Jill. The flying kicked heads were never shown and censored on later PS1 release, Dreamcast release, or PC versions in U.S. (Except U.S. Gamecube versions and all Japanese console releases) As you can see, my copies for PS1 I got are censored. They have probably not been caring. Them not responding does not warrant an extra topic about it. Just calm down over the censorship thing, dude. I find it interesting myself, but you're going overboard with it and it tends to rub people the wrong way.

It was interesting the first time I read it. But, the more you went on and on about it like it was some dire issue and mass injustice, the more my eyes just rolled and I ignored it. And then when people said they had decaps in their copies and you and some other dude were like 'LIARS!! POST VIDEOS THEN!!!", it was just like, "Seriously dude?" The game is many years old and the only real issue you seem to have is lack of heads decapitating. That's not something to get up in arms about. RE5 has censored deaths when you get your head sawed off by a chainsaw majini, something that wasn't censored in RE4. I'm not a fan of RE5 having that censorship but in all honestly it's NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL.

To Josephfrost12, yes it exists but it isn't a major difference and i wish you hadn't pointed it out cause now its gonna bug me. That being said i'm sure you learned not to make multiple threads now.

To Ikari, i hope you wern't refering to me in that thread, i had good reason to be skeptical of nemisis3, i own the exact same version and it is censored, i know there are uncensored versions around the globe but he was referring specifically to an american version. If i had a nickel for every asshat claiming to own some RE rarity thats either impossible to find or almost unknown i'd be rich. I get tired of it.
