I had trouble fighting them there as well as at the top of the hotel.
To be honest, it was too frustrating for me, i now just run away whenever any birds, its not worth it haha

Absolutely lovely..the game inspires wonderful emotions, be they sad or even happy at times. lovely game, I would love to see it given the proper game play treatment it deserves, could have been one of the better titles ever made.

I plan on playing Ocarina of Time after I finish, and then the other 3 3d zelda games subsequently after..I love nostalgia in the summer time.

If your going after Zelda games, i'd watch out for Majoras Mask if I were u, that game is confusing but still pretty good!
I needed only 1 or 2 masks to complete the collection.... i knew i needed that pikachu-looking mask (the one Kafie wears to hide his identity)
It was funny, because me and brother would always avoid the moon from.. you know, ending life..
Anyways, i just wanted to find out what would happen if it did... so i just sat there and let it crash,.... I was expecting something WAY different

Oh haha my mistake, i should have mentioned that I have played all of the 3d zeldas before..in fact im a gigantic fan of the entire series, its my numbr one and probably the reason I started gaming. I still rank Ocarina of Time as the greatest game to date, and personally Majora's mask is my second favorite.

I play the series 3d games once every year, usually around summer time, and I have to say i have never been bored, aside from sometimes with twilight princess.

Haha it is quite a darker game than the series traditionally is, the moon, the butlers tragic story, kafei and sakon and everyone. Loved it, the best sidequests and npc interaction that makes games like fable and fallout look ridiculous in comparison. Best ever in that department.

I just watched the endings for Majoras Mask and Ocarina of Time, god, that brought back good memories...
I looked up secrets for Majoras Mask and turns out there was a bit more for me to get in that game.
I wish they put a Zelda game on the ps3, but I know thats its never gonna happen....
I had LOZ A link to the past on Gameboy (it was a package deal, Link to the Past + Four Swords, though i never got to play Four Swords, it was a multiplayer game and i didnt have another copy..)
I had Links Awakening, beat it once, then borrowed it to a friend of my friend to play, son of a bitch moved out of town and didnt bother to give it back
Still, the Legend of Zelda franchise is amazing and filled with beautiful environments. If I wasn't a big time fan of Resident Evil, I would most likely be a fan of Zelda.

I wonder if Link gets pissed off because of saving the world over and over again..

I started Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny. It's very enjoyable and a lot better than Onimusha 1.

I like the town and the minor RPG elements. It makes the game so much different to the first. The graphics and artwork are beautiful too. Almost as good as Remake, which is odd cause they came out in the same year. The enemy's seem to be better designed as well.

Spoiler:
I just rode back to the town from the castle in Oni 1 riding a big mechanical horse with Oyu. The mech horse was weird but, the game is fun.

Was it Inabayama or Gifu? (I have the game in my PS3 I should stop being a lazy ass and go look but todays my day off. Don't let anyone tell you coding a game is easy lol)

I put it on hold to beat up FF12 and shining Force Exa (which had surprisingly good voice acting, especially considering Neo..."HOT STUFF...COMING YOUR WAYYY") but I'm going to get back to Onimusha and Kessen.

Renamed Gifu in the sequel. Been years since I played the game... I used to overkill things so I think I ended up with a 20+ clear save between the two versions (JPN and US) by the middle of 2003 or earlier). I tested it on the PS3 once and that was it.

The friendship system helps you get one of the other characters (I think a max of two) on your side and thus playable. Also, the issen/flash hit system is greatly improved and you can take out multiple enemies and even deal great damage to bosses through it.

And yeah, the game looks great and unlike the remake, it's running at 60fps. But I think the fact that there are no pauses when backgrounds swap impressed me the most at the time. This was also the last game with a lot of exterior collaborations. The lead composer was Taro Iwashiro, who writes scores for movies and TV (this was his only game), and the character designer Keita Amemiya did similar work as well.

The English VA is bad enough sadly, so I'm glad I have the JPN version as well :D

Well its not terrible but its certainly not good. I was also disappointed that in 3 it wasn't always Jean Reno's voice.

When you have great lines like "Hey sweet thing, don't you want to serve me some sake?", and my favorite "Let's rock!" (Magoichi), it's quite bad lol
