Can you play left 4 dead 2 with a silver membership

No online gaming or party chats with silver.

I had someone at school told me some games you can play with silver

Only something like FFXI can you play with silver unless they do a free gold weekend event.

Only reason you can play FFXI was because of some big exception they made to try and get an MMO on Xbox live. It won't ever probably happen again.

Barely played L4D2, played a decent amount of the original though. Wouldn't mind firing it up though.

Aware of this, was just pointing out that yes you can play one or two games online without gold and simply mentioned the one that came to mind. I believe PSU was playable with only silver too, fell under the same category of them trying to get MMO's on the xbox and once they succeeded in getting it and the market they wanted, they basically dropped that ability for any future devs to do so.
