If anyone has the PS3 version here, I'm up for VF5 FS whenever I'm on past 9:00PM EST. Got the full version on day one and been having a blast, though I'm not particularly good and chose to main Akira. Hope that TTT2's netcode is half as good as this.

On a side note, with the revisions made to the engine, it's the most user friendly VF ever and really deserves a boxed release even in limited numbers. Let's hope Sega wises up and releases it in a collection (digital can't last forever)

So Persona, while fun, feels like the most clunky fighting game I have ever played. It's sooooo weird to play. Well maybe it's just Mitsuru, since she's the only character I have touched so far. Feels like I'm playing a mugen character when I play her lol.

GGs V. That instant kill is hilarious. Also how does that counter move work? I can't see any tell for it so I don't really know how in the world to avoid it, it even beats throws!

I wouldn't say clunky, but it takes getting used to for sure. Took me two days to adapt to the control scheme and I'm still learning proper persona usage (as you can see from how many times mine got broken).
Personally, I can't play Mitsuru as she's a fucking weird charge char. Like, how do you give a charge character a command normal that will come out while charging? wtf. And I usually have no problems playing charge chars.

At any rate yeah just play more.

Yeah I was surprised that Teddie's counter works on throws too! I was like, up I'm getting thrown, nope.
The 'tell' for his counter, as with all R-actions (B+D) is that he flashes gold before he tries to counter.

Nah I tuned out the replay save function after like 3 matches, lol.
