Burke would be there, because she signed her rights away for both games (being as she was in SH2)... but they haven't confirmed yet if they'll have a version with all new voices, or just the replaced voices for holes and the original VA (like they mentioned for SH2 that one person wouldn't sign).

Konami has officially set a deadline in the sand to get all the sign offs and didn't get in touch with Heather in time. Which is weird because without the voice they're still using her motion capture and the character is based on her, so you'd think it should have been important enough to organize earlier.

As I said elsewhere with all the fan-done fixing Konami has had to go through, they've got the HD set like 85% of the way there. Given the uproar there has been about not having the original voices you'd think they may have decided to delay maybe a few more weeks until they could get the set to 100% resolved. But oh well, I still have my original copy.

I need to reaally get SH3 then... i only have 1 through 4 and origins...

The only SH game I never finished was Homecoming. Well, telling a lie there. I never got the "good ending" in SH4, but I still completed it. It was impossible to get the best ending, or what fans call the 'good' ending. Eileen would die before I'd killed Walter, and having to use the spears was a pain while Walter assaults you. It held me back...

I found SH4 to be incredibly frustrating, but with that said, it had quite possibly the best story and bad guy.

Just curious to those people who stated that they think SH3 is better than SH2... Why? What's your reasoning?
Is it because of the graphics? Because it was a sequel to SH1? I mean SH2 was a side-story but that just made it creepier imo. I guess I prefer SH2 because it plays more on psychological aspects than a combination of that and the whole cultist/new god crap. I mean I can appreciate that to a certain extent, but too much doomsday stuff and Eo isn't happy. And while SH3 WAS indeed a creepy and amazing game, I am not so sure I can say it goes above SH2 for me.

I don't know. I think it's split 50/50 there, as I've seen MANY people say SH2 is the best of the series. Like on MobyGames.

Maybe people like SH3 more cos it directly follows up to SH1.
