The World Ends Eith You is awesome, highly recommended.

Currently playing Dragon Quest 9 on DS w/ multiplayer this time, and it really livens the experience. Instead of having up to three AI bots methodically follow your character, you can have up to three other players running around in your world doing whatever they want. It's similar to how Demon's Souls works, where players join a host's game.

Guests get to keep items, money, and experience earned while helping the main player out. Items can be traded amongst characters as well. Key items and equipment are the exception, but the materials to make common equipment and other items can be traded. Treasure chests are separated by color, where guests can only open blue chests. In this run, I'm going it solo with occasional help from my guests. It's a nice way to play. The story moves along without any hitches either. If a guest is nearby, they will see a movie of the events I'm seeing and they can watch it at their own pace. They can skip the movies altogether by not being anywhere close to my character. Battles work the same way, but the host can call all guests to their battle if needed. Metal Slime hunting has never been easier!

Started to play Ys Ark of Napishtim. Love it so far. Still playing Chrono Trigger.
Man oh man. Oh and listen to Yam.Tewy is amazing.

I got Resonance of Fate the other day, absolutly loving it with all the guns and John Woo over-the-top gunplay. I can let the obviously animu stuff slide for that can of action.

Radiant Historia is the best RPG on the DS.
