Here's my best translation of the table.

[Bottom Row]
Name | Description | HP | Starts w/ | Speed | ? | Virus % Increase / Sec (Yoko's Charm) | Virus % Increase / Min (YC) | Time Until Virus Hits 100% (YC) | ? (YC)

The ends of the table have something to do with crawling on the ground. Could be the amount of time the character lasts until they die while floored. Yoko's Charm slows the virus meter down when held.

You can translate each character bio (very roughly) here .

Any RE game with Jim as the lead character will be an instant classic. :rcg:

It'll turn out that Jill zombifies and kills Carlos who was sat around staring at her for 3 days, Claire and Sherry don't make it out, Chris is captured by Umbrella and terminated, basically everything after Leon getting shot in RE2 was a dying dream on his part and he bleeds out. The Outbreak survivors escape, Operation Raccoon City is the Canon and RE6 will feature Jim as the main lead.

RE6 w/ Jim....Game of the Year 2013/14 anybody?
