A well respected cop in the R.P.D., Marvin led a group of cops and civilians out of the station as zombies were coming in. He stayed behind and was the only live cop left when Leon arrived at the station.

Marvin gave Leon a keycard that would allow him access to the station but was already bitten by a zombie and could not go with him. Leon later found Marvin as a zombie and ended his cursed life.
