Kenneth Sullivan was a field-scouting officer for the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team. He was a quiet man, brilliant with chemicals. For reasons unknown to him, Wesker personally hired him because of his chemical skills.

Kenneth was involved in the Bravo Team helicopter crash in the Arclay Mountains. Like the rest of his squad, he sought refuge in the Spencer Mansion, though Kenneth did not get far before a zombie bit his head off.
