Forest Speyer served as the vehicle specialist for the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team. He was a professional and well respected amongst his peers, as well as the best sniper on the S.T.A.R.S. squad.

Forest was a part of the Bravo Team which was sent into the Arclay Mountains. After their helicopter crashed, he escaped into the Spencer mansion where he found legions of undead. All of his skills were no match for a group of mutated crows that pecked him to death out on a balcony. One of the Alpha Team members later found his body, only to discover that Forest was now a zombie which had to be terminated.
