Bitores Mendez

Mendez was chief of the village infected with Las Plagas. He controlled the Ganado and was tasked with finding and dispatching the agents infiltrating the village. Mendez was a large, quiet man who possessed incredible strength due to a unique Plagas mutation.

Mendez captured Leon and brought him to the lab, where they injected him with a Las Plagas sample. Leon later faced off against the intimidating Mendez, who transformed into a large, mutated Plagas with an exposed spine and several large spikes portruding from his back. Leon eventually blew Mendez in half before terminating him.
